Hunger Fighters Oregon is excited to welcome you all to the pantry! Hunger Fighters is a no-barriers food pantry in the Mountain Park neighborhood serving Lake Oswego and surrounding community members. We offer food, hygiene products, and household cleaning supplies to our guests at no cost and with no questions asked, allowing us to serve anyone looking for help. Our guests can shop our pantry twice a month during our open hours and we offer delivery to a small number of homebound guests as well. Hunger Fighters Oregon is supported by generous community members like yourself who drop off food donations, host food drives on our behalf, and give monetarily. We are also funded through foundation and governmental grants. HFO is largely run by a dedicated crew of volunteers from the community along with three staff members and a passionate board. Come tour our pantry and learn more about the work we do!
 
To help keep our shelves full, especially as we head into the holidays, donations of holiday food staples are highly encouraged during our November 8 Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce Networking event. This is a great opportunity for your company or team to work together to support a great cause (a mini food drive if you will!) This is also a great way for individuals to quickly and easily contribute. Please see the list of needed items below:

• Fresh fruit and veggies, including potatoes, sweet potatoes, or yams
• Thanksgiving comfort foods like canned green beans or corn, canned cranberry sauce, canned pie mix, canned cream of mushroom soup, boxed stuffing, instant mashed potatoes, gravy packets
• Pre-made pie crust and other desserts 
• Perishables like butter, milk/cream, and eggs 
• And of course, turkey (or field roast/meat alternative) if you're feeling extra festive!
