The arts council invites the community’s young adults and children to participate and “doodle” with renowned artist, George D. Green, on Wednesday, March 29th. Mr. Green has always believed that it is critical to expose young people to the act of creating art. By providing them with an opportunity where they can view the process, as well as see and understand the finished product, children’s minds will be opened. Ages 8 to 12 are able to doodle with George from 10:30 to 12 p.m.; and ages 13 to 18, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. The Cost is $15 per participant, which includes materials. There is limited seating for each age group. Please visit www.artscouncillo.org for more information and the link to sign up for each session. Arts Council of Lake Oswego’s 510 Museum & ARTspace is located at 510 1st Street, Lake Oswego, OR 97034. For more information visit www.artscouncillo.org or call 503-675-3738.
