Summer Forest Music Concert Series - Amonia Latina
The Friends of Tryon Creek invite the public to enjoy Armonia Latina local Latin music, as part of the Forest Music Concert Series at Tryon Creek State Natural Area on Saturday evening, August 2nd, from 6 ? 7 p.m. The concert will take place in the Jackson Shelter so the public can enjoy the view of the park while listening to Armonia Latina perform Peruvian music in ?Quechua?- the native language of the Incan Empire. The band members include lead guitarist Masud Tahmasbi, second guitarist Mariano De Obregoso, and four times International champion Connie Bieberach on vocals. The concert is open to the public with a suggested donation of $10 to cover the cost of the bands. Sasquatch Brewing Company will be selling beer and wine.
