Wine Walk 2023 Ticket Sales
Featuring 39 pouring locations offering a variety of small bites to compliment the tasting experience. 78 wines to choose from. Each registered participant receives 12 tasting tickets (1-ounce pours). Complete details and what to expect are available on our event website (lakeoswegochamber.com/wine-walk).
EARLY BIRD PRICING UNTIL 7/31
Get your tickets before midnight on July 31, 2023 and pay only $50 (which includes 12 tastings). Ticket price goes up to $60 on August 1, 2023.
Once you've reserved your tickets online, be sure to put the event on your calendar. We'll send a reminder and more details closer to the big day. You will pick up your 12 tasting tickets, wine glass and yoke, event map and more at The Windward in the resident lounge Saturday, October 7. Registration begins at 11 am; Wine Walk is from 1-5 pm.
THIS IS A 21+ TICKETED EVENT
On October 7th, you MUST check-in in person with a valid I.D. to receive your tickets and wristband (so you don't have to show ID at every pouring location). You can not pick-up for others; each participant must be present.
TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred. We are unable to check emails and answer calls on the day of the event; if you are transferring your tickets, please forward your confirmation email to info@lake-oswego.com before midnight 10/6 and let us know the complete name(s) of who will be attending in your place.
OVERNIGHT LODGING
We encourage you to support our downtown hotel, Lakeshore Inn, just steps from the event and pouring locations. A list of hotels is available at https://members.lake-oswego.com/list/category/hotels-720.
PLAN YOUR DAY
You're encouraged to make a day out of your visit to downtown Lake Oswego. Visit the Farmer's Market that morning prior to checking-in for the Wine Walk (check-in will open at noon; details will be in the email sent a week prior to the event). Enjoy lunch at one of our local restaurants before your first pour (which begins at 1 pm). After the event ends at 5 pm, visit your favorite downtown restaurant for dinner. Reservations are strongly recommended as we are expecting over 600 visitors that day.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS
By participating in the event, you consent to be photographed, videotaped, audio recorded, and/or otherwise documented. Your presence at the event constitutes your consent to use such recording(s) of your appearance and voice, and name in any Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce related educational, promotional, marketing and advertising efforts in perpetuity, for any purpose. You understand that all photography, filming, and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent given by you by participating in this event.

Fees/Admission
$60 per person. 21+ only.
The form asks for a Company - if you do not have a company affiliation, just answer "none" - thank you.
