American Association of University Women, Lake Oswego presents Kelly Kupcak, Executive Director of Oregon Tradeswomen (OTI) discussing the pre-apprenticeship program for women interested in pursuing a career in Construction Trades. OTI offers multiple classes in Industrial Fabrication and Environmental Worker training. There is also a Tradeswomen Organized for Outreach, Leadership, and Support program which fosters leadership and activism skills for tradeswomen. This helps tradeswomen to advocate for safe and equitable work places and communities, and equality. This free, no tickets needed event is at 9:30 a.m. on Jan. 11, 2020 at Oswego Heritage House, 398 10th St. Lake Oswego 97035. The public is welcome!
