Nationally recognized bias/belonging expert and Lake Oswego Chamber member, Bill de la Cruz will join us to lead a lunch and learn discussion on communication biases in a growing diverse business climate. Don't forget to bring your own sack lunch for this free event.
Implicit and explicit biases are impacting our relationships with self and others every minute of every day. This experiential lunch and learn is designed for individuals who want to build self-awareness tools. Participants will have the opportunity to examine bias within themselves and the environment they work in. We will explore strategies to recognize and manage bias and everyone will leave with an action step to support their work with self and colleagues.
